Gallagher Settlement Information - In re: Insurance Brokerage Antitrust Litigation

A settlement has been reached with the Arthur J. Gallagher Defendants, which will provide for the payment of at least $28 million to the Settlement Class Members, pending final approval by the Court.  This proposed settlement has been preliminarily approved by the Court.  The Court has scheduled a final approval hearing for July 24, 2007.  You may be required to file a Claim Form in order to participate in the settlement.
